The <br />meeting will be held at City Hall from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />The proposed project, ‘Gallery Vadnais Heights’ was recently submitted to the City for Concept Planned- <br />Unit-Development review to develop the approximately 9.5 acre property abutting City Center Drive and <br />Labore Rd. The proposed project will be a market-rate rental housing property with upscale, condo-level <br />apartment home finishes and various amenities.
