<br /> <br />Late Payments: Any amount not paid when due will bear interest from the due date until paid at a rate equal to <br />[1]% per month ([12.68]% annually) or the maximum allowed by Law, whichever is less. <br /> <br />Severability: If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be <br />valid and enforceable. <br /> <br />Markings & Flagging: The customer agrees to indemnify Prairie Restorations, Inc. for any damages to property <br />caused by improper or no marking or flagging of necessary areas (i.e. septic tank, gutters, etc.). The customer is <br />responsible for marking or flagging any areas that may be vulnerable to damage from Prairie Restorations' <br />equipment in a manner visible to our team. The client will also communicate any potential obstructions to Prairie <br />Restorations, Inc. to avoid damage. <br /> <br />Change Order: If changes to the project scope are requested by the customer or become necessary due to <br />unforeseen conditions, Prairie Restorations will issue a written change order detailing the proposed modifications <br />and any associated adjustments to the project cost or timeline.
