MS4 Program Update <br />EPA mandates the MPCA to evaluate <br />MS4 permittees <br />Gem Lake was notified on September <br />12th 2023 that would be part of a routine <br />audit <br />Audit occurred on January 5th 2024 <br />Notice of Violation (NOV) issued on <br />February 15, 2024 <br />NOV did not carry a penalty but City was <br />required to take action to bring the <br />SWPPP into compliance and resubmit <br />(completed April 2024)
