Updated January 2025 – Gem Lake Consolidated Land Use Ordinance No. 131 166 <br /> <br />Historical Changes <br /> <br />Ordinance Description Enactment <br />43K Zoning Ordinance <br />(incorporated into 131) <br />Section 15.2.2 (2-4) <br />2. A total enrollment of not less than twenty-five (25) nor more than <br />one-hundred fifty (150) one hundred eighty two (182); <br />3. A maximum of one-hundred twenty (120) eighty two (182) “full- <br />day equivalent” students with a full-day* defined as ten (10) hours; <br />4. The “full-day equivalent” shall be calculated by adding together the <br />total number of students present during each hour of the “full-day” <br />of school. This total shall not exceed 1,200 1,820, which is 120 182 <br />students times 10 hours. <br />19 April 2023 <br />43K Zoning Ordinance <br />(incorporated into 131) <br />Section 15.6 (1-2) <br />1. The total lot coverage of all buildings and other structures shall not <br />exceed fifteen thirty (15%) (30%) percent. <br />2. Erosion, Sediment, and Waste Controls and Stormwater <br />Management <br />o The section title was revised to better align with the content. <br />o Erosion, Sediment, and Waste Controls: <br />▪ There are minor changes to the Criteria subsection to align <br />with the MS4 permit. <br />▪ An Erosion and Sediment Control Plan subsection was <br />created to provide clarity to proposers on submittals to the <br />City for review. <br />o Stormwater Management: <br />▪ Changes to the Regulation subsection are proposed to <br />align with the MS4 permit requirements. <br />▪ Changes to the Criteria subsection are proposed to provide <br />updated and clear design standards for project proposers. <br />▪ Changes to the Alternative Compliance subsection are <br />proposed to align with the MS4 permit requirements. <br />▪ A Stormwater Management Plan subsection was created to <br />provide clarity to proposers on submittals to the City for <br />review. <br />o Not-applicable information was removed from the section. <br />o Other minor revisions to content and formatting. <br />17 October 2023 <br />43K Zoning Ordinance <br />(incorporated into 131) <br />Section 29.
