2024 SCORE Agreement <br />4 <br /> <br />1. The Municipality shall meet with county staff for a mid-year status update related to the <br />SCORE incentives funds by July 5, 2024. <br /> <br />2. The Municipality shall submit a year-end report to the County through ReTRAC, the County’s <br />recycling and solid waste data management tool, by February 14, 2025. The report is to <br />include information on recycling at all residential units, including multi-unit dwellings and <br />manufactured home parks, even if the Municipality does not provide collection services to <br />those units. <br /> <br />a. Starting in 2024, the municipality will need to submit a narrative report to support the <br />incentive work completed within the year. The Municipality is responsible for providing <br />complete and accurate information for all applicable screens in the ReTRAC database. <br /> <br /> <br />e. Financial Reports <br /> <br />1. The Municipality shall submit, if requested by the County in its sole discretion, an audited <br />financial report that shows how funds received from the County pursuant to this Agreement <br />were disbursed. <br /> <br />2. Financial reports shall be in a form to be determined by the County, in its sole discretion. <br /> <br />3. If the municipality has a Joint Powers Agreement for Recycling Funding, the Municipality <br />shall submit a letter which certifies that SCORE funds have been used pursuant to the Joint <br />Powers Agreement and this Agreement. <br /> <br />2. TERM <br /> <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. <br /> <br />3. CANCELLATION <br /> <br />Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other <br />party. In the event of termination, the Municipality shall be entitled to reimbursement for those <br />eligible expenses incurred up to the termination date, provided the expenses have been incurred <br />according to the budget shown in Attachment A and the Municipality is not otherwise in default of <br />any terms and conditions in this Agreement. <br /> <br />4. DEFAULT <br /> <br />Any of the following shall constitute default on the part of the Municipality: <br /> <br />a. The failure of the Municipality to use funds in a manner consistent with this Agreement and <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />b. The failure of the Municipality or its (sub)contractor(s) to use their best efforts to ensure the <br />maximum collection and marketing of recyclable materials from all residential units. <br />
