City of Gem Lake <br />Utility Rate Changes for 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />Annually, the City’s Treasurer and City Council reviews the City’s utility rates as rate changes are <br />made to both Vadnais Heights and White Bear Lake rates. The usage rates listed below generate <br />revenue for operating costs. The City does <br />not set the rate nor keep any of the funds. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
