This Pledge Agreement may be executed, acknowledged and delivered in any <br />number of counterparts and each of such counterparts shall constitute an original but all of which <br />together shall constitute one agreement. <br />12. The terms used in this Pledge Agreement which are defined in the Loan <br />Agreement shall have the meanings specified therein, unless the context of this Pledge <br />Agreement otherwise requires, or unless such terms are otherwise defined herein. <br />13. No obligation of the Issuer hereunder shall constitute or give rise to a pecuniary <br />liability of the Issuer or a charge against its general credit or taxing powers, but shall be payable <br />solely out of the proceeds and the revenues derived under the Loan Agreement.
