No. 135, Section 11: An ‘Archery Deer Hunting Permit’ requires a $100.00 fee with
a $500.00 escrow. Proposed changes include adding ‘Archery Turkey Hunting Permit’ with a 5$ per each hunter
on the permit, and a $500.00 escrow.

The rationale for the lesser fee for turkey hunting is due to the state permit cost and the bag limit. Hunters are
permitted one turkey per season and pay a $30 fee for a permit from the state.

Figure 1: An excerpt from the Proposed Draft City Fee Schedule, Ord.
