Our cost includes: semiannual filter replacement, annual belt replacement, <br />basic lubrications, inspection of all equipment, seasonal cooling & heating startup, and annual condenser coil <br />cleaning. <br /> <br />ANNUAL COST: $1,685.00 *Cost to be invoiced quarterly for the amount of $421.25. <br /> <br />*Any repairs found to be needed during the preventative maintenance are not included in this cost and <br />will be quoted on a time & material basis. <br /> <br />Excluded: Engineering <br /> Overtime labor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices. Any <br />alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will become an extra charge over and above the estimat e. All <br />agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary <br />insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
