City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Peddlers, Solicitors, and Transient Merchants <br />Ordinance No. 111 <br /> <br />This ordinance regulating the conduct of peddlers, solicitors, and transient merchants within the City of <br />Gem Lake was originally enacted by the City on October 19, 2009. Since that time, the City Council has <br />made amendments to the Ordinances in keeping with changes in State law and the wishes of the <br />community.
