Gem Lake – Solicitors Ordinance Updates <br />Gem Lake City Council Meeting 11/19/24 <br />November 13, 2024 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY FEE SCHEDULE <br />The City Fee Schedule outlines fees in Section 13. The city charges $100.00 for an annual license, $50.00 for a <br />1–14-day license, and $50.00 for a background check for up to two people. For additional background checks, <br />there is a $20.00 fee for each additional person. The Commission should discuss these fees and consider <br />keeping or changing the fee(s). <br />An excerpt from the adopted City Fee Schedule, Section 13 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the materials at their November meeting. The commissioners recommended <br />approval of the amendments. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Council should review the draft ordinance and consider any additional amendments.
