THE FUNCTIONS. <br />NECESSARY FOR THE: CITY OF GEM LAKE TQ PERFORM ITS NECESSARY <br />FUNCTIONS <br />WHEREAS, Waste Management has an. annual contract with the City of Gem Lake to <br />collect thereeyclable trash from the citizens and, <br />WHEREAS;.
