,qI <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009-25 <br />December 15, 2009 <br />WHEREAS, the Country Lounge has applied for renewal of their On -Sale and Special <br />Sunday an -sale Liquor Licenses for the period 1/1/09 thru 1/1/10, and, <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in prior years in the City of Gem <br />Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 2008, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, thatthe City Council of the City of Gem Lake; Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale Liquor License and the <br />Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the: period 01.
