CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009-27 <br />December 15, 2009, <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills LLC has applied for renewal of their On -Sale, and Special <br />Sunday On -Sale Liquor Licenses for the period 1/1/09 thru 1/1/10, and, <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in prior years .in the city of Gem <br />Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has operated. the establishment without. incident during 2008, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED., that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale. Liquor License and the <br />Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01.
