City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2019-14 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE A <br />WINE LICENSE TO BLACK SEA RESTAURANT, 1581 COUNTY ROAD E. E, <br />GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2020. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their <br />municipality; <br />WHEREAS, Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E. E, Gem Lake, has met all <br />the requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lake and the State of Minnesota <br />for a wine license for 2020, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake <br />approves the wine license for Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E. E., Gem <br />Lake for 2020. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by <br />Council Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of four in <br />favor and zero against. <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing <br />resolution is a true and accurate representation of action taken by the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />r l <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk Date <br />
