City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2019-15 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE AN <br />ON -SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GEM LAKE HILLS LLC <br />(GEM LAKE GOLF COURSE), 4039 SCHEUNEMAN ROAD, GEM LAKE, <br />MINNESOTA FOR 2020. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their <br />municipality; <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, (Gem Lake Golf Course), 4039 Scheuneman <br />Road Gem Lake, has met all the requirements set forth with the City of Gem <br />Lake and the State of Minnesota for a on sale and Sunday liquor license for 2020, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake <br />approves the on sale and Sunday liquor license for Gem Lake Golf Course, 4039 <br />Scheuneman Road, Gem Lake for 2020. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by <br />Council Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of four in <br />favor and zero against. <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing <br />resolution is a true and accurate representation of action taken by the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />Gloria Tessier <br />.- <br />Date <br />
