Financial Administration <br />General Fund <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: <br />Financial administration is.provided through a contract with White Bear Township. The contract <br />includes accounting for every financial transaction of the City including. accounts payable.; accounts <br />receivable; cash and debt management., and utility billing: In addition the. City contracts with a. public <br />accounting firm for audit services each year. <br />GOALS: <br />1. Provide meaningful. and timely financial information and reports. <br />2.. Complete the financial audit in a timely fashion. <br />3.
