Financial Administration <br />General Fund <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION - <br />Financial administration is provided through a contract with White Bear Township. The contract <br />includes accounting. for every financial transaction of the. City including accounts payable; accounts <br />receivable, cash and debt management, and utility billing. In addition the City contracts with a public <br />accounting firm for audit services each. year. <br />GOALS: <br />1. Prov.ide meaningful and timely financial information and reports. <br />2. Complete the financial audit in a timely fashion. <br />3.
