Right-of-Way Ordinance No. 113 16 <br />City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Right of Way (ROW) <br />Ordinance No. 113 <br /> <br />This ordinance to administer and regulate the public right-of-way in the public interest and to provide for the <br />issuance and regulation of right-of-way permits, was originally enacted by the City on January 19, 2010, and <br />published on January 37, 2010. The City Council has made amendments to the Ordinance in keeping with changes <br />in State law and the wishes of the community.
