The Commission may make a <br />recommendation to the City Council or may table the items for further review. If the Commission desires additional <br />changes, direction regarding ordinance changes should be provided to staff <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the following four actions: <br />1. Recommend the City Council formally repeal Ordinance 64E (sewer only). <br />2. Recommend the City Council adopt proposed Ordinance 64F (sewer only) as proposed by staff. <br />3. Recommend the City Council amend Ordinance 129 (water and sewer, now water only) as proposed by <br />staff. <br />4. Recommend the City Council adopt revisions to Ordinance 135 (City’s Fee Schedule). <br /> <br />
