Conditional uses of space assigned as “commercial” are: <br />automotive repair and service (including gas stations); car wash; light industrial uses which <br />manufacture, process, store and distribute foods and materials not likely to create offensive noise, <br />odors, vibrations, dust smoke, heat, glare or other objectionable influences and are in general <br />dependent upon raw materials refined elsewhere. <br />
