City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2012 — 05 <br />A RESOLUTION CHARGING A YEARLY FEE FOR KEEPING CHICKENS OR <br />OTHER FOWL IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the fee for Chickens or other Fowl shall be, for the first three <br />chickens or other fowl $25.00 with a $15.00 annual renewal. For more than three <br />chickens or other fowl the fee shall be $50.00 with a $15.00 annual fee. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the April 17th regular City Council <br />Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member xxxxx and seconded by Council Member xxxxx. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />Oiloliaththort, City Clerk Date <br />
