City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No.2012 —16 <br />December 18, 2012 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE <br />FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, the individual identified have agreed to serve in the appointed position <br />identified for the period January 2013 to 31 December 2015 or until replaced by another <br />in an updated resolution. <br />Planning Commission Members <br />Art Pratt as Planning Commission Commissioner <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by Council <br />member Artig-Swomley and was duly seconded by Council member Lindner and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the resolution vote was 5 votes in favor of the resolution <br />and 0 against the motion. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of Gem Lake, on December 18, 2012. <br />BY: <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert Uzpen, Mear William F.
