City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2018 —02 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WILLOW LANE ELEMENTRY <br />SCHOOL. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to Willow Lane <br />Elementary School the amount of $3200.00 for the city's contribution for the year 2018, <br />with instructions to give $200.00 to each teacher to be used for school supplies or books <br />for the room library.. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the February 20, regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner. <br />Ayes: Artig-Swomley, Lindner, Uzpen, Kuny.
