CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - 13 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LANDMARK DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake was approached by Landmark Development to <br />develop 18 acres of land west of Daniels Farm Road, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake staff worked with the Developers staff to create plans <br />that will be in compliant with city ordinances, <br />WHEREAS, that the Landmark Developments Final Plat and Mylar has been approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the above resolution was adopted at the May <br />15, 2018 regular City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County <br />Minnesota, made by Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cacioppo.
