City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2018 —23 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HY-VEE FAST AND FRESH DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake was approached by the land owner and Hy-Vee to <br />develop the land owned by Waldoch adjacent to Hoffman Road; <br />WHEREAS, that the Hy-Vee Fast and Fresh Development Plan is approved subject the <br />following: <br />o That the small strip of land in Vadnais Heights is moved to Gem Lake; <br />o That all items on the Conditional Use Permit are completed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the above resolution was adopted at the <br />September 18"' Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo with a vote of 3 - <br />yes and 0 no (Councilmember Lindner absent). <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and accurate <br />representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date <br />first written. <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />Date <br />
