City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2018 —25 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED LIQUOR ORDINANCE NO.9. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake needs to update their liquor ordinance; <br />WHEREAS, that the September 18, 2018, city council meeting will approve such <br />ordinance at their meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the above resolution was adopted at the <br />September 18th Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo with a vote of 3 <br />yes and 0 no (Councilmember Lindner was absent- excused). <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />Gloria Tessier Acting City Clerk Date <br />
