City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2018 —27 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HONEY BEAR MEADERY, 1595 COUNTY <br />ROAD E. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake received an application from Josh Eckton to open a <br />Meadery called Honey Bear at 1595 East County Road E; <br />WHEREAS, that this is conditionally approved subject to: <br />• All items on the CUP are completed satisfactory and <br />• the parking plan is presented and approved by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above resolution was adopted at the <br />September 18th Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo with a vote of 4 <br />yes and 0 no (Councilmember Lindner absent — excused). <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />Date <br />
