City of Gem Lake <br />4200 Otter Lake Rd <br />Resolution No. 2018 —30 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING an accessory building for 1430 Goose Lake Road. <br />WHEREAS, Gretchen Artig-Swomley, has submitted a plan to build an accessory <br />building (garage) adjacent to her green house on her property at 1430 Goose Lake Road; <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Artig-Swomley has received an approved recommendation from the <br />Gem Lake Planning Commission at their October 2, 2018, meeting; <br />WHEREAS, that the October 2018 city council meeting will approve such request; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above resolution was adopted at the <br />October 16`h Gem Lake meeting of Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Kuny.
