City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2018-35 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE A <br />WINE LICENSE TO BLACK SEA RESTAURANT, 1581 COUNTY ROAD E. E, <br />GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2019. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their <br />municipality; <br />WHEREAS, Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E. E, Gem Lake, has met all <br />the requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lake and the State of Minnesota <br />for a wine license for 2019, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake <br />approves the wine license for Black Sea Restaurant, 1581 County Road E. E., Gem <br />Lake for 2019. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by <br />Council Member Lindner and seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 4 in favor and 0 <br />against (Mayor Uzpen absent- excused). <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing <br />resolution is a true and accurate representation of action taken by the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />Date <br />
