Only one license <br />would be allowed per <br />property. <br /> <br />The draft ordinance is <br />based on existing pigeon <br />ordinances in cities <br />surrounding Gem Lake. <br /> <br />Both draft documents will <br />be discussed at the city <br />council meeting on <br />October 19 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />at Heritage Hall.
