Resolution 2020-003 <br />January 21, 2020 <br />A resolution approving the 2.020 SCORE Grant from Ramsey County <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake currently operates Municipal Curbside R6Gycling Prograrh for:all <br />single family residences within the. City; .and <br />WHEREAS, the..City Council realize.s.that-jh&easedd-*public awareness, education and participation in this <br />program is in :the best interests of all citizens -.and. wishes to expand the current program Within the. <br />administrative guidelines established for cutre.nt City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Public Health-Depa'rtrnent, Solid Waste Division, is*providitlgagrant of <br />$1,099.00 to the: City of Gem Lake for the.year 202.0; <br />WHEREAS, The City 6f Gem Lake has-compieted-the grant application which provides -a breakdown of <br />how the City of Gem Lake will allocati= their grant rrianles,% <br />NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake hereby accepts -the.. grant monies. <br />provided by SCORE funds and will administer the monies. as provided by in the 2020 SCORE Funding <br />Grant Application. <br />The rnotiQn:for-the adoptipn of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor.
