This portion will be equal to the proportion ofthe.county'spopulation residing in the munidipalitjr, according to the most recent popalatio.n estimates posted by the Metropolitan Council, multiplied. by the total amount of the RMSF.. To gain access to..these funds, the Municipality must.first apply to Ramsey County, lnattordance with the guidelines in place at the :time for distdbutij6h of the RMSF. The Municipality will be allowed to seek r.eimiaucsementfior incurred eXpa&es, hi accordance With its.appiication as approved by Ramsey rqunty, Ramsey County shall reimburse the. Municipality for adequately documented requests consistent with such an approved applicatioli a*nd the RMSF guidelines.
