<br />Finance Director Tom Kelly presented an overview of the 2020 budget. The 2020 General Fund
<br />Operating Budget was approved at. $.519.,13$,. up from $4.64,873, increases from 2019 were.ih electibrs,
<br />police and fire budgets, road maintenance, part-time inspector and a decreaseof $5,000for permits and
<br />S4,000 far the completion of the Comprehensive Plan. Fiscal disparities revenue is. projed toAncrease
<br />by 29.56.%. The.buciget will be* balanced. without using reserves. The average residentiai:home:value for
<br />Gem Lake property increased by- -.4%, A motion was made Cooncifrhember Lindner, seconded by

<br />Road, inquired about the tax rate and reserves. Councilmember Lindner rtiade°a motion, seconded by
