The final auditor reports and ten signed copies should be delivered to the City <br />Treasurer at White Bear Township,1281 Hammond Road, White BearTownship, MN <br />55110 by June 18, 2021. <br />A PDP copy of the final audit reports. shall be provided to the City by June 18, 202.1.. <br />V. ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED TO THE AUDITOR.& REPORT PREPARATION <br />A. Clerical Assistance <br />The City Treasurer and responsible management personnel will be available during the audit to assist the firm <br />by providing information, documentation and explanations. The preparation of confirmations will be the <br />responsibility of City under the direction. of the auditor. <br />B. Work Area; Telephones, Copiers, Internet Connection <br />The City of Gem Lake will provide the auditor with reasonable workspace, tables and chairs.
