General Fund Budget- of $405,217,00 <br />which. includes a (Proposed) General Tax Levy of $448,367.00 and a Debt Tax.Levy of $89,94 i .00 <br />for fiscal -and calendar year.2l}21 based upon best .estimates of costs for runningIhe.Cily.of Gem <br />Lake in 2.021 and <br />WHEREAS,. these estimates were reviewed by the City Council ob 18 August, 2020 and atneridied- <br />based upon. best information received from outside contractors and input from the City Council <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the*City Council -of the City of Gem Lake does <br />forinalty adopt the 2021 Preliminary Tax Levy as. i"allows <br />General Property Tax Levy W6,137.60- <br />Fiscal Disparities 14,755.0.0 <br />Debt Levy 87,436.00 <br />Total Levy $519,308.00 ; and <br />11E IT I'URTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk .is: charged with Certifying said.
