<br />Acting Mayor*Artig-5womley called the meeting -to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmembers Amlee; Cacioppo,
<br />and.Lindner we`re present, Councilmember Kuny was absent (excused). Also present: Justin. Gese, City
<br />Engineer, City Attorney Patrick Kelly, City Finance Director Tom Kelly. and Emily Jennings, &E.H., Ben Johnson,
<br />Planning Commission Chair, Don Cuminings,-Olanning Commission member, Rick Bosak and Paul Emeott,
<br />citizens, Nate Sparks, NAC Planning.

<br />agenda. Voice vote taken, all voted yes, motion passes. Agenda approved.

<br />Mr. Sparks gavean overview of the comp plah—.process. *The comp plan has -had -its preliminary review by.
<br />the Met. Council, two areas of changes were the land use map. The nW—ttep is.to hold the public
<br />hearing: The public.hearing was called at 1:15 p.m. Councilmember Lindner asked about gateway mixed
<br />use and the:goif..course zoning. Mayor Artig-SwoMley noted that the city does not have any public land.
<br />Planning Commissioner Don Cummings :asked: -about redevelopment change. The council agreed that
<br />pOW.comments could be submitted to Mr. Sparks for -one more week. The publi* hearing was called

<br />seconded by COuncllmenibei~Amlee to -adopt Resolution-2020-00.13Comp Plan Acceptance and allow

<br />approved.

<br />Ms. Jennings provided an overview of the City of Gem Lake's MPDES permit status,.culvertsand.
<br />education, snow and ice management, and :storm water. The pu.blit:hearing was opened'at 7:46 p.m.
