City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2020-0017 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE A <br />LIQUOR, TOBACCO, AND CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE TO THE <br />COUNTRY LOUNGE, 3590 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, <br />MINNESOTA FOR 2021. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to <br />issue liquor licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their <br />municipality; <br />WHEREAS, The Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake, has met <br />all the requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lake and the State of <br />Minnesota for a liquor, tobacco and charitable gambling license for 2021, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake <br />approves the liquor, tobacco and charitable gambling license for The Country <br />Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake for 2021. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by <br />Council Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Kuny, , and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 4 in favor and 0 <br />against, Councilmember Amlee recused herself. <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing <br />resolution is a true and accurate representation of action taken by the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />aW <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk <br />Date <br />
