City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2020-002 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WILLOW LANE ELEMENTARY PTO. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to Willow Lane <br />Elementary PTO $2000.00 to be used for the 5th grade environmental field trip in Amery, <br />Wisconsin, on May 27 — May 29, 2020. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the January 21 ", regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Cacioppo, voice vote — all yes. <br />ATTEST <br />I, Gloria Tessier, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true <br />and accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake <br />on the date first written. <br />� /- / � <br />Gloria Tessier, Acting City Clerk ( I)atc <br />
