According to Ordinance 146 Section 5, subd. <br />5, the city is authorized to have a maximum of four on-sale license in Gem Lake. Gem Lake currently has <br />two on-sale licenses. <br /> <br />The liquor licenses were processed and deemed complete. The background check was completed with no <br />issues. At this time, staff are requesting the City Council to approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor and <br />Sunday Sales Licenses for Bear Dogs, located at 1595 County Road E East contingent on approval from <br />the Department of Public Safety. <br /> <br />Staff will be sending all the necessary information for the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor and Sunday Sales <br />Licenses to the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety for processing. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
