City of Gem Lake <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2025-010 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE 2026- <br />2030 RAMSEY COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM USERS GROUP <br />(RCGISUG). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake desires to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement with the <br />Ramsey County Geographic Information System Users Group (RCGISUG) to use the <br />Geographic Information System (GIS) and data created and maintained by Ramsey County. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve a Joint Powers Agreement for the 2026-2030 <br />Ramsey County Geographic Information System Users Group (RCGISUG). <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember <br />Lindner and supported by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Melissa Lawrence, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date <br />first written. <br /> <br /> Melissa Lawrence March 18, 2025 <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk Date <br />
