City of Gem Lake County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Resolution No. 2024-0023 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR (AUDITOR NO. S372500010) FOR 2024 WHEREAS, Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, at 7:00 o’clock p.m.; WHEREAS, the following members were present: Mayor Artig-Swomley, Councilmembers Lindner, Cacioppo, Johnson and Hynes-Amlee. NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: Property ID No. Certification Amount 27-30-22-11-0031 $304.10 27-30-22-13-0008 $342.61 Total Delinquent Charges $646.71 The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and supported by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against. WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
