City of Gem Lake <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2024-0031 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE A TOBACCO <br />LICENSE TO THE COUNTRY LOUNGE, 3590 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, <br />MINNESOTA FOR 2025. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to issue tobacco licenses to <br />approved and authorized establishments within their municipality; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake, has met all the requirements <br />set forth with the City of Gem Lake and the State of Minnesota for a tobacco license for 2025. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake approves the tobacco <br />license for the Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake for 2025. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and <br />supported by Councilmember Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a <br />vote of 4 in favor and 0 against. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />I, Melissa Lawrence, the duly qualified Acting City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br /> <br /> Melissa Lawrence December 17, 2024 <br />Melissa Lawrence, Acting City Clerk Date <br />
