Prohibition on the sale of cannabinoid products for less than the listed price.. <br />No cannabinoid retailer shall:. <br />(i) Honor or accept a price. reduction instrument in. any transaction related.to <br />the. sale .of cannabinoid products. to; a consumer; <br />(2) Sell or offer for sale cannabinoid products through any multi -package discount <br />or otherwise provide a cbnsumcr any cannabinoid products for less.than the <br />Listed Price in exchange for the purchase of any other cannabinoid product; <br />(3) Sell, sell at.a discount; offer for sale, or otherwise provide any product other <br />than cannabinoid products in exchange for or in consideration of the purchase <br />of cannabinoid products; <br />(4) Sell .for- a nominal price or provide free.of charge any cannabinoid product <br />or cannabinoid-related devices; or <br />(5) Otherwise sell., offer for sale, or provide cannabinoid products for less than the <br />Listed Price. In. addition, cannabinoid retailers must sell, offer for sale, or <br />piovide cannabinoid products for the same listed price. every day of the week in <br />a given week. <br />Sec. 11-619. Compliance checks and inspections. <br />All licensed premises shall be open to inspection by the. city public safety officers, or <br />other authorized city.official during regular business hours: From time to time, but at least <br />once per year, the city shall conduct compliance checks by engaging, with the. written consent <br />i of -their parents or guardians for individuals under age 18, persons over the age of fifteen (15) <br />years but less than twenty .one (21). years, to enter the.licensed prernises.to attempt to <br />purchase cannabinoid products. Persons used for the purpose of compliance checks shall be <br />supervised by city designated public safety officers of other: authorized city official. Persons <br />used for compliance ehecks shall not be guilty of the unlawful purchase or: attempted purchase <br />or the..unlawful possession.cannabinoid products when such items are obtained as part of <br />compliance check. Nothing in the. section shall prohibit the city from conducting compliance; <br />checks in accordance with state and. federal law. <br />Sec. 11-620. Criminal acts. <br />Unless otherwise..proyided, the following acts shall be amisdemeanor. <br />(a) Sales: It. shall be a violation of this article far any person to. sell any <br />cannabinoid products to any person under the age of 21. <br />(b) Possession, It shall be a violation of this article for any person under the age of 21 <br />to have. in his or. her possession. any cannabinoid product. This subdivision shall <br />not. apply to persons: under the.age"of 21 lawfully -involved in a compliance check. <br />(c) Use. It shall beaviolation of this article for any person.under age 21 to use <br />any cannabinoid. product. <br />(d) .Procurement. It Shall"be.a violation `of this article for any person under age 21 to <br />purchase or sell. or attempt to purchase or sell or otherwise obtain any <br />cannabinoid.product and it shall be, a violation of this article for any person to <br />purchase or -sell to: or. otherwise.:obtain such items on behalf .of a person.under the <br />age of 2L It shall further be'a violation for any person to coerce or attempt.to <br />coerce.a.person under the age :of 21 to illegally.purchase or otherwise obtain or <br />
