<br />Section G. Traffic and Vehicles
<br />6.1 Snowmobiles

<br />or substitutes for those statutes or regulations that may from time to .time become effective, are: hereby
<br />Adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />2. ,Liinitation of 0perati6m No person shall operate a snowmobile in the City of Gcih Lake except on public
<br />trails, waterways, and highways specifically designated for such use„or on pr i vat c. property where lawful
<br />permission has:been obtained from the property owner; occupant, or lessee: No.snowinobile shall be
<br />operated within any public right-oPway or on a public sidewalk: or trail provided or used for pedestrian..or
<br />bicycle travel.
<br />3. Hours of Operation. No person shall operate a snowmobile in the City of Gem Lake between the hours of
<br />eleven (1 1) o'clock.p;inI and seven (7) o'clock an. time in Ramsey County; Sunday through
<br />Thursday, And from one (1.) o'clock a.m. to seven (7) o'clock a:TM on other days, including the day
<br />preceding a national liol'iday,
