Commission hastouched on every inch Of current <br />ordinance. and: as. long as the. Commission has no additional requested changes: he will submit a redI.itied. <br />copy at the August Planning Commission meeting when more.'rnetnbers.will .be present. The Commission <br />wi11.then suggest the Council .ap.prove based 'on the City PIaone rs recommendations.. <br />New Business <br />Discussion of New Clandestine Drug.Lab Ordinance No..143 <br />City Planner Evan Monson removed the drug lab.section from the Nuisance ordinance and created its.own <br />standalone ordinance. The new ordinance will be discussed at -the August Planning Commission meeting <br />when more mein hers will be present.. The Coin mission will then suggest.the. Council approve based. on the: <br />City Planner's recommendations. <br />Discussion of -New Traffic and Vehides. 0rdinance No..14..4 <br />City :Planner Evan Monson removed the sections regarding vehicles rrom the Nuisance. ordinance -and <br />created its.own.standalone ordinance. The new ordinance will be discussed at the August Planning <br />Commission meeting when more members will be present. The Commission wiII .then suggest the Council <br />approve based on the City Planner's recommendations. <br />August Meeting Date -Discussion <br />Acting City Clerk Melissa Lawrence iliformed that Commission tbat there. wiII be no eIection. taking place <br />on Tuesday, August 8,.2023 so. the meeting could be changed from.
