Ci.ty.of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2023 0026 <br />November .27.., 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE.TO APPROVE A TOBACCO <br />LICENSE TO T.HE.COUNTRY LOUNGE, 3590 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, <br />MINNESOTA FOR <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake. is authorized by the State of Minnesota to issue: tobacco licenses to <br />approved and authorized.establishtnonts within their.inunicipality; <br />WHEREAS; The Country Lounge; 3590. Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake, has met all the requirements <br />set forthwith the City of Gern Lakeand the State of Minnesota for a tobacco iicerise for 2024. <br />NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gein.
