4. Edible Can nabinoid Product. Any product: containing non intoxicating cannabinoids extracted from hemp <br />that. meets the requirements to be sold far human or. animal. consumption under Minnesot a.Statutes, section <br />151 72. The term. includes edible cannabinoid products. as. defined.in Minnesota.Statutes,.section 151.72,. <br />subdivision 1(f). The term does not include medical cannabis as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section <br />1.52.22, subdivision G. <br />5. Eligible Business. A business located within the City that has a current tobacco license to seil tobacco or <br />tobacco. products at retail issued by the. City under Ordinance No 68 :of the municipal code,:or that has A. <br />current on -sale or: :aff sale. liquor Iiicense to sell intoxicating liquor issued by the City under. Ordinance No. <br />09 of the municipal code. <br />6:. hemp or Industrial Hemp. Has the same meaning given the term in Minnesota Statutes, section 18K.02, <br />subdivision 3., as it may be amended. <br />7. babel. Has the same meaning given the term in Minnesota Statutes;. section 1.51.01; .subdivision 18; as it <br />may be amended.. <br />8. Labelling. Has the meaning given the term in lvlinnesota.Statutes, section 151.72, subdivision i(i). <br />9. Licensee. The entity -issued a license under their ordinance to sell edible cannabinoid product at retail. <br />10. MoveablePlaee.of Business. Any form of business operated out of a kiosk; truck, van, automobile, or <br />other type of vehicle or transportab [ e shelter and not a fixed address storefi7ont or other permanent type. of <br />structure.authorized for sales transactions. <br />1.1. Municipal Cade. The most current version. of the Municipal Cade of City.of:Gem Lake,. Minnesota, <br />1.2. Ordinance. This ordinance requiring a license and imposing. regulations on the retail sale of edible <br />cannabinoid products. <br />13. Assistance or intervention means the actual physical exchange ofthe .edible <br />cannabinoid product between the`custorner.and the licensee or employee. <br />16. Vending. Machine. Any mechanical,' electric; or electronic, or other type of device.that dispenses edible. <br />cannabinoid products upon the insertion. of.money, tokens, or other.form of payment directly into the.. <br />machine by the person seeking to purchase the edible. cannabinoid product. <br />Section 4. License. <br />1. Required. No person may directly or indirectly, or by means of any device, keep for retail safe, sell at <br />retai€, offer to.se11, or otherwise dispose of any edible cannabinoid product at: retail at any place in the City <br />without first having obtained a license from. the :City issued .in accordance wit]i the provisionsof this <br />ordinance: <br />2.
