4-2.4. Carcasses of animals not. buried or destroyed within twenty-four (24) <br />hours after death; <br />4-2.5. Conditions which are conducive to the presence, harborage, or breeding <br />of insects, rodents, vermin, or other pests. <br />4-2.6. Accumulations of manure or rubbish; <br />4-2.7. Privy vaults and garbage. cans which are not fly -tight; <br />4-2.8. Any broken sewer line or defective connection to an underground. sewer <br />system which is open, broken, disconnected or which has not. been properly <br />sealed and which could allow the egress of rodents from the sewer; <br />4-2.9. Dumping the contents of any cesspool, privy vault or garbage can except <br />at places authorized by law; or allowing. any cesspool or individual sewage <br />disposal. system to overflow in any manner; <br />4-2.9(a). Structures for sanitation such as privies; vaults, <br />sewers, private drains, septic. tanks, cesspools, or drain fields which <br />have failed or do not function. properly or which are overflowing, <br />leaking or emariating odors., including septic tanks, cesspools or <br />cisterns which are. abandoned or no longer in use unless they are. <br />emptied and.filled with clean fill. <br />4-2.10. All noxious weeds, tall grasses, .brush, and other rank growths, as defined <br />in Ordinance No_ 41, Section 1. <br />4-2.11. An accumulation of tin cans., bottles or trash or debris of. any nature or <br />description;. and the throwing, dumping, or depositing of any dead animals, <br />manure, garbage, waste, decaying matter, ground, sand, stones; ashes, rubbish, <br />tin saris, or other material or debris of'any kind on priVate:pro.perty. <br />4-2.12. Dense smoke or noxious fumes that are detectable beyond the limits of <br />the property or cinders in unreasonable quantities. <br />4-2.13. Stagnant water standing on any property. Any property,. container or <br />mate ria1.kept in such a. condition that water can accumulate and stagnate. <br />4-2.14..Offensive trades and businesses as .defined by statute or Ordinance not <br />licensed as provided by law; <br />4-2.15. Ali:puolic exposure of persons having a Gontagiou.s disease; <br />4�2;16. The distribution of samples of medicines or drugs unless.. such samples <br />are placed in the hands. of an adult person by someone properly licensed; <br />5 <br />
