Betting, bookmaking, and all apparatuses used .in such. occupations; <br />3. All houses kept for the purposes of prostitution or promiscuous sexual intercourse, ganiblinghouses, <br />houses of ill fame, and bawdy horses. <br />4. All places where intoxicating liquors are manufactured; sol.d;.bartered, or given away in violation of Iaw;. <br />or where persons are.permitted to resort for1he purpose 0fdrinking intoxicating liquors as.a beverage <br />contrary to law, or where :intoxicating liquors are. kept for .sale, barter, or distribution in. violation of l.aw, <br />and all Liquor bottles, kegs,.pumps, bars,.and other property kept at.and.used for maintaining such.a <br />.place;.. <br />5. Any vehicle used for the illegal transportation of intoxicating Iiquvr or any immoral purpose; <br />& All indecent.or obscene pictures; books, pamphIets,.magazines,. newspapers, and billboards;. <br />7. Public Nuisances Affecting Peace and Safety. The following:are declared to be nuisances affecting <br />public peace and safety: <br />1. All snow and ice not removed from public sidewalks twelve. (.12) hours after the. snow and ice has ceased <br />to be deposited thereon; <br />2. All wires which are strung less than fifteon (15)'feet above [lie surface: of any pub Iic:street or a]ley; <br />3. All buildings, waIIs, and other:structures which have been damaged by fire, decay, or otherwise to:an <br />extent exceeding one half their original value or which are:so situated as:to endanger the.safetyof the <br />public; <br />4. All explosives, intlamina.ble liquids, and other dangerous substances of materials stores or. accu.mulated <br />in any manner or in an.y amount other than that provided by.law or ordinance; <br />S. All use of display of fireworks except as -:provided by law or ordinance; <br />G.. All unnecessary noises and annoying vibrations; <br />7. A]I buildings and.all alterations to buildings.made or erected in violation of fire.ordinances concerning <br />manner and materials and construction; <br />S.
